APM Slider
Mechanisms are devices for the transformation of one kind of motion to another one. Such transformations in lever mechanisms are performed by links with cross-sections much smaller than their length. Usually lever mechanisms transform translation or rotary motion in the motion along the complicated trajectory.

APM Slider is intended for complex analysis of 2D slider mechanisms of arbitrary geometrical structure. It allows to perform the complex of necessary checking calculations for the mechanism.
APM Slider includes the calculation of:
motion trajectory of the arbitrary point of the considered mechanism
velocities and accelerations of the arbitrary point of the mechanism
mechanism motion animation

The module has special editor for:

mechanism geometry specifying and edit

setting movement law of the driving link in the form of graph (by points or analytical function)

results viewing and animation
The real slider mechanism is replaced by wire model, that represents an arbitrary combination of four-link and six-link mechanisms, as well as sliders and cranks. A wire model of such link may be complicated, in particular, by add an arbitrary body with any number of hinges. These hinges can be used for creation of additional links.
Specialized editor allows to create lever mechanism of arbitrary scheme with rotational or translational motion of driving link. Using this editor you can easy modify considered mechanism.
